There are a number of routes that can be taken to procure the design and fit-out of a new restaurant or bar, I can ensure whichever route you take it is the most efficient from a cost and programme perspective, and deliver the design quality you expect.
As a former owner/operator I understand how costs and time must be controlled, and as such work with your team and any appointed consultants to achieve the vision within the budget. I’ve worked with fast-casual dining operators Chilango, Pilpel & Pali Kitchen to name a few, and designed premium restaurants, high volume cocktail bars and beer taprooms for independent operators, always providing a bespoke range of services to suit the requirements of each client.
I provide services to suit your preferred approach, structured to allow for design by Jimi Pearce, or with another appointed designer.
Two package options breakdown as follows;
Design & Project Delivery. Complete turnkey solution, including initial site feasibility and acquisition support, interior concept design and fit-out drawings, pre-start project management, on-site project management, and Capex budget control.
Coordinated Design Delivery. Site coordination with your appointed interior designer or practice, pre-start project management including contractor tenders, on-site project management and Capex budget control.
